WE have been serving Liberica from Lam Dong since 2016, long before its current hype. From an obsession, in 2022, we expanded our capacity to spearhead our very own Liberica project. We are excited to introduce our exclusive Liberica lots from Quang Tri. The second drop, JACK V2  is a callback to our original Liberica from Lam Dong. Ripe cherries were dry-fermented in airtight PE bags for 120 hours, then slow dried on raised beds for 30 days in the shade.
