WE have been serving Liberica from Lam Dong since 2016, long before its current hype. From an obsession, in 2022, we expanded our capacity to spearhead our very own Liberica project. We are excited to introduce our exclusive Liberica lots from Quang Tri. The first drop, HONEYED is our sweetest coffee yet. Red cherries were cleaned before being dry-fermented with champagne yeast in an anoxic environment for 4 days, then dried in the shade for 25 days.
