WE love blends. While a single-origin coffee showcases the provenance of its land and growers, a blend is a chance for roasters like us to play with what we have. We start with a taste description, then experimenting with different coffees and roast profiles to come up with a blend that reveals the best of its components. NO.11 is an idea we have nurtured for a while: a versatile blend with a bright acidity, soft floral accent, and lasting stone fruit notes.
